NO PICTURES EVER

Okay so this has no pictures (EVER). I can not believe it....Samantha read my mind. Just now as we were working in the office at home Samantha was using markers to paint a bird house and somehow got green pen on her eye lid and on her nose (were we trying to "put on makeup?") So she came over to me and I asked her what she did and looked at her....and then started trying to stealth fully looking for the camera. She looks at me...dives into the ball house yelling NO PICTURES EVER! The camera wasn't even in here? How the heck did she do that?

Hopefully a picture will surface of this!

Bloomsday 2008

Here we are three generations....healthy enough to walk in Blooomsday! Bloomsday is a yearly seven and a half mile race in downtown Spokane. All I must say is insane! It was a lot of fun and Samantha did really well. And so did my mom and I considering....she has had her knee replaced and I was five months pregnant at the time! Next year we will do it again! And I will even let Samantha walk parts of it!

NO PICTURES

Samantha is tired of her picture being taken (do you blame her?) So now when there is a cute shot to be taken she puts her hand out in front of her face and yells NO PICTURES! It is rather cute!

What a good friggin dog

Bryce and Auntie Kristin's visit to Spokane

Bryce and Auntie Kristin came to visit us for a week. During that time the kids got to play a lot together and go to the park and play in the snow (we had a variety of weather). Samantha had so much fun on the visit that when she realized that we had dropped

Bryce at the airport she looked at me with big tears in her eyes and said "Bryce" before bursting it to humongous sobs. Poor thing. I am so glad that they get to play together for large amounts of time. Although it may not be every day!

Toddler chair

For some reason beyond any that I could give we never got Samantha a toddler chair. And low and behold....we learned the reason why a toddler should sit in a toddler chair and not in a big chair. The last night that J's family was visiting Samantha was standing on the bench in the kitchen and fell onto the table (Bizarre) the crazy part that was one dislocated elbow, a two hour trip to the ER and a $171.00 we learned that little munchkins should be in toddler chairs. Yes it would have been cheeper to buy the toddler chair in the first place....but hey look at the bright side....I know how to relocate and childs elbow....and believe me I will.!

The Easter visit with the Dunnes

ta

Samantha had a lot of with her Grandparents. Including crashing out in the car with her Grandpa, making dumplings...and playing in the snow with her Auntie Noel! Auntie Noel taught her how to make snow angels

How to Hunt Easter Eggs when it is snowing outside.

Yup. It snowed on Easter. So here is Samantha's cute Easter dress....with thick tights and a long sleeve shirt! (We let her wear sandles though!)

We had a lot of fun though hiding the eggs inside. They strangly blended well with the toys etc!
