Okay so had to post this. No photos though (thank God!) So they are finally building across from our house and so today we were surveying the damage (they are digging the basement) and my lovely daughter ate dirt. Hum fine and dandy well all do that! Ya but my child knows how to make herself throw up! (yup a little weird....its worse if we are in the car) so needless to say she decided she didn't like the taste of dirt and so she made herself throw it up. Ewwww Yuck Gross Gross EWEEEE. The was time number two of my sixteen months of motherhood where I wanted to puke!

Making breakfast with Daddy

Okay so I know the second picture is sideways but the faces are still just as charming.
Samantha wanted to help her Daddy cook breakfast the other day. So we set her up on a stool and let her think she was helping. Samantha is really wanting to be a big girl and do everything that we do. Or do everything herself! She has almost perfected the eating with utensils thing because she doesn't want anyone else to feed her! It is crazy how quickly they grow up.

So this is spring! All of you who know me well know that I love cold and wet. Well this is spring! Today it is actually snowing! And yesterday it was beautiful and sunny if not a tad bit cold! But it was just beautiful!
The pictures are from this past Sunday when we had a brief break in the storm. Samantha loves jumping in puddles....and for some reason wanted to taste the mud. Who am I to stop her?

A Rose by Any name

Okay so these photos are about a month old but I love them! Samantha fell in love with some flowers from a center piece from a wedding. I had to manage to get her dressed for be while she was still holding the roses. Of course I thought it was all so cute that I took photos of it. She finally fell asleep holding them and I had to remove the roses from her hands before I could transfer her to the crib!
