I look at this outfit that Samantha's Auntie Kristin, Uncle Nathen and Bryce gaver her....and I cannot decide whether I should cry or be proud. She is getting so big. So Grown up....and you know what kills me? It happend so fast! I can not believe it. Happy Birthday baby!

What I did on my Birthday

Then one day a few weeks later....she finds MY HALO and MY WINGS. and wanted to wear them all the time. Now if I can just get her to wear a normal head band.....hum....

The excitment of potty training

Yes Samantha will kill me later on in life but for now this will do. Samantha is currently potty training herself (with a little encouragement from us!) and well.....her potty is in the living room. So yes she has used it during a football game....right in the middle of bible study...and my favorite (this picture) during our Halloween feast when we had about nine people over! A the joys of potty training!

We were a little late getting our pumpkins this year. J took a day off and we went out to Green Bluff and picked pumpkins and had a nice warm lunch at the cutest little farm. What a perfect day!

Ya this was one of those days when Samantha refused to take a nap and then of course....Mommy goes to choir and where does she end up? On the couch taking a nap in the evening! Daddy had to snap this shot because just like her father Samantha crashed where she played!

What A Great Dog

Yup that's my Dog. And I have to say what a friggin wonderful dog he is! Today he is letting Samantha play Doctor. That includes wearing a fake band aid (Samantha put it on him herself) having a stethoscope put on his eyes, having a fake syringe poked on his back and having Samantha attempt to but a diaper on him! What a good stinking dog!

Helping Great Grandma

Sometimes moments are too precious to really catch on Camera! Of course I tried. Samantha is trying to help Great Grandma out with getting freshened up. It is really sweet in dear how the two of them hang out. I love it and am glad that they are each getting to experience eachother

So we came home a day early. Only because it was cold and we were not able to have a campfire due to burn restrictions. So how does one end a camping trip with no campfire? BBQ smores on your back porch!

This is Samantha with her new buddy Brady. He is going to be hanging out with us a lot. And I have a feeling she is going to want to be holding him all the time! We had Brady's parents over teh other night and she demanded that BRady sit with her.....Maybe when his neck is a lot stronger!

Two peas in a pod (the night of cheesy fun!)

Okay so every once in a while you have to have a night of absolute goofiness. We did the other night. We watched high school musical one and two! My husband. Samantha and two other "women" who will remain anonymous! Included in this party was wine, popcorn, ice cream and trashy magazines!!!! A perfect adult "girl party!" (my husband is really good at tolerating this girl time and I appreciate that!) The result....Samantha dancing on pillows at ten pm. Me feeling tipsy! (yet taking a great photo) and all of us having a smashing good time!!! (although one "woman" fell asleep during the second movie...but that's normal!) Needless to say these are the only two photos from the night but I had to post them because I like the picture of me and Samantha is reading People magazine!@!!!

I can't believe how time goes by

Miss Samantha is over twenty months old now. I can not believe how time goes by! And now she is even moving up to a different level at Gymboree. My baby is officially a toddler!

You would think I would learn my lesson

Another day Another dog bone. I need to learn to close the cabinets when I am done. My lovely daughter managed to get the dog treats....and of course Rocky was cheering her on!
